Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Miss Sunshine Nails does not accept returns or exchanges as all our nail sets are custom and made to order. If you experience a quality issue with your order, please reach out for further assistance.

How do I figure out my size?
Check out our size guide and video tutorials for proper sizing and application. Please note we are not responsible for incorrect sizing, sizes may vary per model. Exchanges due to incorrect sizing will be charged a shipping fee.
How do I apply press- on nails?
You can use glue stickers (3 days) or nail glue (2-4 weeks). Remember, good prep is key if you want to achieve a long-lasting application! An application kit is included with each purchase. Check our application page out!
How do I remove and reuse the nails?
When using glue stickers, gently slide the wooden stick along the edge of the nails to remove them. Alternatively for glue application, soak the nails in hot, soapy water with oil for 20-30 minutes to loosen them. Once they start to lift, carefully pull them off, taking your time. If there's resistance, continue soaking for longer or use a glue-off nail remover instead. When removing nails, ensure a gentle approach to facilitate reuse, especially if they were applied with glue stickers. While nails applied with glue may not be as easily reusable, cautious removal can still preserve them for future use.
